licence change for enforced freedom

The proposed change is something among the lines of "project using this template must be free software". When this template is used (aka init is ran) the licence of the template files may be any licence that respects the four freedoms, making licencing simple for users of the template as their entire repo can be GPL/MIT/BSD/... Add some FSF URLs too. The goal is to prevent proprietary crap from using this template.

As always, copyright holders (effectively the main developers) may use this template without any of these restrictions, ONLY if they hold copyright over what it is used for. Exceptions may also be made for those that ask (or pay :) ).
