cicd: appimage artifact job contains slash character

During general review of template I noticed c_template-x86_64.appimage has a - in it. Of course this makes me nearly vomit as it's not _ (and also not consistent with the other things).

There may be other places in the template with this issue, though really everything should be _ already. If you have time please check.
