doc: inconsistency in per-branch review setup details

Current docs properly describe the per-branch review setup required host-side on the CICD page https://doc.mel.vin/template/c/review-master-sm85pj/cicd/index.html#deploy. However, there is also some outdated doc in https://doc.mel.vin/template/c/review-master-sm85pj/deploy/review.html.

I assume during writing of CICD docs the old structure and old pages were simply forgotten.

Changes needed

• Deploy
  • Per-branch documentation review
    • Update the note
    • Update the body with content of CICD > Deploy > Per-branch review
• CICD
  • Deploy
    • Delete Per-branch review sub-section
• Package
  • macOS OSXCross, GNU/Linux AppImage and Windows Mingw-W64
    • Update jobs name
    • Replace x86_64 with amd64
