Centre the documentation pages on the screen

By default upstream RTD theme aligns all pages to the left-hand side. I don't think this makes sense and depending on browser size and position it is a bit awkward, especially on high-res screens.

I suggest centring the pages, this is a simple tweak in theme_overrides.css that I have used before.
